Steamboat is a genous concept of how to make food! On the table where you eat there are two large bowls filled with boiling hot soup in two flavours. In the centre of the table there is a barbeque as well. What you do is that you go and serve yourself from a huge buffet table that is laden with everything from fish to meat, vegetable to dim sum. There are two tables, one for the cooking and one for the barbeque. You take what you want and bring it back to the table where you can sit around and talk while you make your own food, awesome!
