p 180 The outside dimension is 28×40 feet, with the wide side of the house to the street. The living-roomis 14×24 ft., with large bay window in front, a wide fireplace, bookcases, and columns between the living-room and dining-room. Glass doors from living-room to the porch, which is provided with moveablesash and screens. The dining-room is 12×14 feet, and has paneled wainscot and plate shelves around the walls. Thebutlers pantry is fitted with cabinets and cases to the ceiling and has a silver sink. The rear entrance tothe kitchen is convenien.ly located under the main stairway, with door at grade and stairs to basement.The front entrance is embellished with a well proportioned pergola. On the second floor there are three large bedrooms with closet for each room, a large bathroom,linen closet off the hall, sleeping porch and balcony over the porch. There is also a stairway from thesecond floor to the third floor; the space may be developed into servants quarters, amusement room, etc
